My favourite show at the moment is probably Smash? I’m really enjoying it, and I kind of need my unrealistic musical moments fix now that I can barely stand to watch Glee anymore.
My favourite movie…. Hmmm, this is pretty tough. My guilty pleasures are kind of my favourites though, like the ones you always go back to when you’ve had a shit day. So I’m going to saw it’s a cross between Stick It, Pirates of the Carribean, and Pride and Prejudice.
Favourite song - this is so hard! Oh gosh. Right now it’s probably Security or Hard To Handle by Otis Redding, because I’m on a bit of a motown kick. But I also love Bon Iver and Jose Gonzalez and so much other stuff.
Favourite poem - I always used to say Resumé by Dorothy Parker, but it’s probably The Tale of the Voice from Kissing The Witch by Emma Donoghue. It’s just so incredibly gorgeous.
Favourite novel - The Goose Girl by Shannon Hale. I have always adored fairytales and this book is just so beautifully written. I go back to it again, and again and again.
Favourite fic - Hmmmm. I love the Own Me ‘verse by Naomiraven, and, of course, A Change in the Weather. They are both wonderful. Hospital Beds is also brilliant, as is the Reparations ‘verse, which is a Drarry fic. I’m sure I’ll think of a ton more when I publish this.
So i was going to reblog one of those really lost lists of questions but then i realised that they’re super annoying and decided that y’all should just come up with your own questions to ask me.
